All seven will be inducted on January 13th, 2018. The Induction will take place in conjunction with the Opening of the 2018 Wisconsin State Open Championship Tournament in Oshkosh/Neenah. The ceremony will be at the Best Western Bridgewood in Neenah. Details will follow for the evening festivities.

Be sure to list not only titles but also top 5 finishes along with your scores, if available. Please submit all applications by  June 1st of the current year.
